How to report problem from VDIClient

By default, a support ticket can be sent through the VDI Client.


By right-clicking on the Flexxible|SUITE icon in the notification area icons,  you can report the problem to the helpdesk using the following form.


This will generate a new ticket visible from the monitoring menu section on unassigned tickets.


On the other hand, you can configure the following setting to open a browser with an alternative ticketing tool: ReportProblemUrl.
