Some catalogs are in a HA Hypervisor in an Over-committed Status

This error indicates that some of the non-excluded catalogs related to this Delivery group live in a HA Hypervisor (cluster) in the Over-committed state. This means that if more VMs are created the infrastructure stability could be compromised.

Based on the user-defined cluster reserve, if a host cluster cannot withstand the specified number of node failures and still keep all of the virtual machines running, then the cluster is placed in an overcommitted state and the state of this monitor is unhealthy.

SCVMM uses some algorithms to calculate if a cluster should be marked as overcommitted, for more details you visit the Microsoft support page here.

The Over-committed state is recalculated during the Synchronize Infrastructure job and every time the VMs are created but it is possible to force the recalculation using the “Refresh info” button placed in the “HA Hypervisors” menu option.
