The Desktop broker farm [FarmName] has not been synchronized since [Date]
The indicated farm has not synchronized the info with XenDesktop for a long time. This means that the farm information displayed from the SUITE Console is not up to date (Desktops or App Servers status, sessions, ...).
The reasons why this is happening may be the following:
- The "Flexxible secure|desktop WorkerStructure" service (that is in charge of synchronizing this information) is off or is failing.
- The connection to the XenDesktop DB is misconfigured at farm level. See the Desktop Broker Farm article for more information.
- Synchronization is failing. In this case, it is recommended to go to the detail of the component with error and look at the field "Sync error" for more information.
