This article describes Windows registry entries for agent configuration settings. By default, when users launch (or logon), it will always check the following registry keys.

All settings can also be applied using Group Policy Objects (GPO). Check this article for a step-by-step guide to configure it.
Keep in mind that settings applied by GPO will overwrite settings defined in local registry.
