Tracking flags

Assign marks to users


It is now possible to flag users or mark special users. This feature can be used from the Desktops list, the object list in the Active Directory (Directory objects) or, in the case of a Service Provider, from the Users tab in the Tenants view.

Both Partners and Tenants may assign or unassign flags to their users.


This section describes how users can be marked with a flag.

Desktops list

Select the desktop, click Execute operations/Assign flags, and then select the flag you want to use or select the Unassign option to unassign the flag from the user.

Directory objects

There is an Assign flag button at the top of the screen where you can assign flags.

Flags can only be assigned to user-type objects; if you choose another type of object, an error message will appear that says that flags may only be assigned to users.

In the Users tab, select one or more users and then click the Assign flag button to assign or unassign users.
