After you finish the deployment, it exists some tasks that you must do manually, depending on your hypervisor type.
Licensing
- The definitive System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) license must be added.
- Definitive licenses must be added for Virtual Center Server Appliance (VCSA), ESXi and vSAN.
Networking
- Configure JumboPacket with MTU to 9000 on the Switch on Storage ports.
- Configure Distributed Switch with MTU to 9000.
- Configure Storage VMkernel with MTU to 9000 on all cluster nodes.
- The deployment has been done with the infrastructure and storage ports in access mode. If you want to deploy resources over a different VLAN, it would be necessary to change the configuration of the switch ports to trunk mode and reconfigure the Hyper-V vSwitches with the correct id.

Windows Updates
At the finish, we recommend installing Windows Updates in all virtual and physical machines according to the customer's policy. Once deployment finished, we strongly recommend using Windows Update Server (WSUS) instead of scheduled tasks
There is a scheduled task that runs every day at 11:30 PM and installs them without restarting.
To do this, you must follow the recommended Microsoft procedures, taking into account that Storage Spaces Direct (Microsoft technology) could imply changes in the way it is updated.

Drivers and Firmware
We strongly recommend updating drivers and firmware of components for the appliances.

When the deployment has finished, it is necessary to check the status of all services:

Configure XenDesktop Policies
At finish the Quick Config Setup (QCS), you will have received an email with the name of groups for redirection policies. These names are necessary for complete this task.
Open XenDesktop Studio from a Citrix Controller, click on Policies and Create Policy.
Type "client audio" to show the settings, click on Select and Allow in each setting of the image below.
Once it has been configured, click Next.
Drop down and click on Assign in User or Group section.
Insert the name of the group with the description "Audio redirection group" from the list of the first point.
Type the name of policy, check box Enable policy and click Finish.
Create all policies
You must repeat the steps of previous point for each one of below policies.

SMTP Server Configuration
In the installation phase, a temporary SMTP server is configured, but at the finish, it's necessary to configure the definitive customer SMTP server to make sure they are sent alerts correctly.
Follow the steps below to configure it:
From Suite, select Settings in Monitoring menu, and type SMTP to filter the settings to modify.
Once the SMTP settings have been modified, select Service status in WatchDog menu, and click in Test mail config.
Type address to send a test email by clicking on the button Send mail.
